High up on the Derbyshire Peaks this lovely stone built farm house wanted a traditional, yet modern, design that truly complimented the house, farm and surrounding area; and provided over 50 square meters of beautiful and relaxing living space.
Bri’s finished design (loved by the customer!!) was an orangerie with a sunken mansard roof, as you can see from the picture above, 2 large lanterns and the oak that the client specified. The dwarf walls and the full height wall were all constructed in Derbyshire stone and truly compliment the existing house.
Part of the project was also to completely upgrade the existing kitchen area (nearly 45 square meters). The client chose the kitchen, the new floor tiles and wet underfloor heating for the kitchen and new orangerie as well, and we installed everything.
